Is NANOPLASTY a smoothing treatment or a permanent straightening treatment?
Nanoplasty grows out, & is a permanent solution, however, it doesn't create a demarcation line on the hair, making it look natural the whole time.

How long does Nanoplasty last on the hair?
Nanoplasty is considered a permanent solution as the results can last from 5 to 8 months. Note: frequent visits to pools or sea water may reduce the longevity of its effect. Eg, if the hair is afro, after 5 months the roots will have grown, we recommend reapplication on the regrowth. However, if the hair is straight on the roots, clients may only return after several months.

Do I need to pre-wash the hair with clarifying shampoo?
With Nanoplasty, you don’t need to wash the hair prior to the treatment (we recommend that your client comes in with washed hair shampoo+conditioner only and brushed before their appointment). The particles of Nanoplasty are reduced to a tiny size, therefore disregarding stretching the cuticle to open with a clarifying shampoo • to penetrate the fibre.

Is Nanoplasty the best option for any hair type? Even super thick and curly types?
‍Definitely, Nanoplasty is the best solution in the market for any hair type, the formula works deeper than traditional smoothing and straightening systems. Nanoplasty is the only system capable of straightening the hair without coating the fiber. So yes, Nanoplasty can be done from fine to very thick and coarse hair.

Nanoplasty will make the hair flat?
‍Nanoplasty is different from the other straightening systems, and does not remove the hair volume, it will transform the hair to a naturally straight, soft and silky look without compromise.

When can I color or bleach my client's hair?
‍If your color contains ammonia, you can color on the same day, but if the color id is ammonia free, we recommend coloring at least 2 weeks after Nanoplasty. Bleaching hair is recommended two weeks before or after Nanoplasty.

When can the hair be washed?
‍Part of the treatment is to give the first wash once you finish straightening. By washing the hair, you balance the hair's pH level thus nourishing and strengthening the hair fibre correctly. Also, there is nothing like having a transformation experience together with your customer, they will thank you by advocating you to their friends and family, so don't miss this step!

Nanoplasty Strips or lightens hair color?
‍We have noticed that black hair can change the color slightly, what really changes the hair color is heat from your straightener, so if the hair is very thick or coarse, we recommend advising your customer of a possible color change. Otherwise, you can control the color shift by setting the straightener to a temperature the hair is most comfortable

Can Nanoplasty make the hair brassy?
‍We have a unique formula designed for blond and grey hair types, it contains a bond restoration, protecting agents, ultraviolet toner, plex & other oils embedded. The formula turns the hair tone ash as compensation during the color shift caused by the neat of the straightener, to avoid the hair changing to orange or brassy. It's recommended to review the heat matrix guide before using the straightener.

Do I apply the roots only or the whole hair again?
‍By the time your customer returns, you can do the whole hair again, Nanoplasty will not damage the hair nor cause product build-up. If you are just doing the roots, follow the same steps on the application guide for the regrowth, you can carry the remaining product to the end of the hair and pass it a few times with the straightener.

Is there any long-term damage?
Different from other straightening systems, Nanoplasty does not damage the fibre with time, it does not create dryness or make the hair thin

Can I use the brown formula in blond hair? Or can I use the blond formula on dark hair?
Each formula has been designed fora hair type. As professionals, we know that blond and dark hair structures are entirely different. The brown formula AKA "W1" was created thinking about the complexity of dark hair, and how the cuticle needs to be sealed after the straightening treatment. As for the blond formula AKA "W2”, we designed it thinking about the blond and grey structure which needs more oils, more restoration, colour's fibre protection. From our experience, the blond formula can be too heavy for the dark structure, the dark hair doesn't require the same amount of oils & protection. When the dark product is used on blond hair, it doesn't have all the protectors the blond requires, and may cause the hair may become brassy.

Which type of straightener should I use? How many times should I pass the straightener?
‍Nanoplasty requires a reliable titanium straightener to avoid unexpected results. There is a difference between styling and treatment straighteners. Nanoplasty is a treatment that requires straighteners that are titanium plates and with consistent heat delivery to correctly seal the cuticle, without it, we cannot guarantee your results. Many titanium straighteners do not provide consistent heat delivery and may fluctuate during their use, these types of straighteners are considered styling straighteners. A treatment straightener provides continuous heat with titanium plates. Our recommendation is Lizzie Extreme, which is the best in the market for this treatment.

Is it safe for Pregnant or breastfeeding women?
‍The product doesn't contain any ingredient harmful to mum and bub. Still, we recommend that every customer consults their doctor to certify prior to applying Nanoplasty.

Is Nanoplasty safe for kids?
‍Nanoplasty is organic and vegan, but for a child or teens, the treatment can be long and overwhelming, so we don't recommend the procedure to a child younger than 12.

Can I apply Nanoplasty from the roots?
‍Nanopfasty was not designed to be applied straight on roots. Our scalp has a fine layer of fat & oils, the action of the product for 1/1:30 hours can remove this fine layer creating itcniness or the impression of dandruff. If this happens, ask your client to wash the hair and brush from the roots with a fine comb, in a few days, it should be gone. We highly recommended to avoid the scalp.

What should I recommend after Nanoplasty treatment? (Home care)
The haircare doesn't stop once you do Nanoplasty, it’s an ongoing process. You don't need to recommend sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner, but it is a must to use good products. Can my customer curl or tie the hair after the Nanoplasty?
