• The product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
• The return is requested due to damage that occurred during shipping, and valid photo or video proof is provided within 48 hours of delivery .
If a return is approved due to product damage or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Conditions:
Floractive Professional USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during or after delivery confirmation. All issues should be discussed with the carrier, responsible for the shipment, once the package leaves our warehouse.
