Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that all shipping timeframes are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date it is placed.
Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are approximations and may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping time does not include processing time or potential delays due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or circumstances such as public health emergencies.
Once an order is submitted and confirmed, we are unable to modify the shipping address, update order details, or redirect the package. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
Some delivery services may not be available in all regions of the United States, including certain remote or rural areas. If we determine that we cannot deliver to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you may choose to provide an alternative delivery address or cancel the order for a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or any circumstances outside our control.
